Owing to the management practice of existing farmers cooperative societies, it has not been possible to correct much of eth necessary information for the study to the diverse location of societies. For proper exposition, however, there are constraints that make it difficult as it regards to this project.

1.       Time: It is certain that time have not been very friendly to me, the limited period at hand is not enough together with data for proper analysis.
2.       Finance: Since currents and relevant information needed in project writing were not in one place, it required transportation to those destinations. This posed a limitation to acquisition of information.

3.     Location: Ezeagu local government area has a large space of land mass, with the communities located many kilometers away from each other and most roads not motor able. Therefore, the researcher finds it a peculiar task going from one location of cooperative society in one community to the another on motor bike (Okada).
